Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Presence Pass, operated by Open Purpose Technology Limited Company (company number CS122470626), MH 25A, West Legon, Ayariga Street, Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Presence Pass provides Wallet passes, check-in at the door, a live count, member and community management, notifications, and giving or payments for organizations.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your responsibilities
You may add a person’s information only where you have a lawful basis and any consent required. You are responsible for how you use member data and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Plans and billing
Starter is free. Paid plans are billed monthly through Paystack and renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Giving and payments
Where enabled, giving and payments settle directly to your account through Paystack. Presence retains only the platform percentage set on your account. You are responsible for tax, receipts and compliance for money you collect.
Messaging costs
WhatsApp and SMS are metered and charged per message. Web Push and the in-pass inbox are free.
Acceptable use
Do not use Presence to send spam, break the law, or harm others, and do not attempt to breach security or scrape data.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your data. We keep ownership of the software, and you grant us the limited rights needed to run the service for you.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Presence available but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms. You may close your account at any time, and we will delete your data on request.
Changes and law
We may update these Terms and will post the date; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Contact: hello@presencepass.com.
