Presence · Christmas 2026

Room for one more.

One invitation can change someone’s Christmas. Every member can make one more pass from the one they already hold: add a guest’s name, send it on WhatsApp, and welcome them at the door.

Free to start, and the campaign features are on us until 4 February.

The idea

One pass becomes two. Two become a tree.

Pass it on, and 64 passes stack into 8 rows with the Presence mark as the star. Every church builds its own, and it fills as the people your members invited actually walk in. At 64 the tree is complete, and the next one begins.

It counts people rather than invitations, because an invitation measures enthusiasm and a welcome measures the room. And it names nobody. Your church sees how the welcome is going together, not who is ahead.

The journey

From pass to person.

Three taps for the member, one scan for you, and a real pass in between. It is the product your church already runs, with one more thing it can do in December.

01 · Member passTap Bring someone.

The invitation begins inside the pass the member already has. Nothing to install and nothing to find.

02 · PersonaliseAdd their name.

A name and a mobile number turn the invitation into a real guest pass, made out to one person.

03 · WhatsAppPass it on.

The guest receives their own named pass on WhatsApp, ready to save or open. No app for them to download.

04 · At the doorWelcome them in.

One scan. You see who came, who invited them, and you can keep the welcome going afterwards.

For churches

Fill your carol service. One invite each.

One invite each fills the room.

Every member can make one more pass from their own, so a full carol service is one invitation per person rather than a campaign.

Every guest gets their own pass.

A named pass on WhatsApp, in Apple or Google Wallet or as a web page. It works on whatever phone they have, with nothing to download.

You will know who came.

Guests are counted at the door like everybody else, so Christmas Eve is a register and not a guess.

What happens, and when

Four moments your members will notice.

  • 14 DecemberThe invitation opens.

Bring someone appears inside every member’s pass. They add a name and a number, and the guest pass goes out on WhatsApp.

  • 18 December, midnightPasses turn red.

Every pass dresses for Christmas, on the web and in Apple and Google Wallet, with nothing for anyone to re-add. The pass becomes the reminder.

  • 21 to 25 DecemberThe tree fills.

Your church builds its own tree as the people your members invited actually arrive. It is on your dashboard, and it is yours to post.

  • 28 December onwardsThe welcome keeps going.

A thank-you the same night they came. Three days later, one question for first-timers. Forty days on, a reminder that there is still a seat.

The words

Give people the words.

The hardest part of an invitation is the first line of it. Members get one they can send as it stands, or make their own. It reads like a person, because the person sending it is the whole reason the guest says yes.

I’d love you to come with me this Christmas. I’ve made you a pass, and there’s a place beside me.10:42 ✓✓
Your own artwork

Make the poster now.

The same tree, with your church on it. Put in when and where, pick the shape your channel wants, and save it. You do not need an account to make one.

Made in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent to us.

What it costs you

Nothing to switch on.

We turn it on for you.

Guest passes and the red Christmas pass are normally part of a paid plan. For this campaign we lend both to every church taking part, including churches on the free plan, and your members see Bring someone in the pass they already hold.

It is a loan with a date on it, not an upgrade. The campaign features end on 4 February, after the last follow-up has gone out, and your plan goes back to exactly what it was. Nothing to cancel and nothing to remember.

If you already pay for guest passes, this changes nothing you have: you keep them afterwards, the way you always did.
