Questions

A few things worth knowing.

Are messages included in my plan?

Pass notifications and web reminders are always free. WhatsApp and SMS are charged only when you send them. And replies within 24 hours of someone contacting you first are free.

Can I change my plan?

Of course. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Your billing adjusts automatically, so you only pay for the time spent on each plan.

Does anyone need to download an app?

No downloads required. Members use Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or a web pass. Your team can scan passes using the phones they already own.

Can we accept payments through Presence?

Yes. With Business and above, accept offerings, donations, tickets, and other payments directly through a pass. Funds settle into your connected payment account using supported card or Mobile Money providers. Presence never holds your money.

What happens when we outgrow our plan?

You keep welcoming people. Nothing stops working at the door. We'll let you know in your dashboard when it's time to move up.

Can I take my data with me?

Always. Your data belongs to you. Export member registers, declined scans, and giving records to CSV whenever you need them.
