Everything you need at the door.
A pass people already carry, a scanner they already own, and a register that fills itself in while the room fills up.
It lives in Wallet.
Each person gets an Apple Wallet pass with nothing to install. It works with the phone locked, carries their name, role and visit count, and updates itself over the air when you change something. You never re-issue a pass.
No iPhone is no problem. The same pass opens as a web page they can save to the home screen or screenshot.
Four seconds, start to inside.
They hold up a phone
Screen locked or not. Your own phone is the scanner, so there is no terminal to buy and no queue to manage.
Admitted
A green tick and their name. An expired or already-used pass says so plainly, with the reason.
The count moves
The screen at the entrance ticks up, and the office sees the same number from anywhere.
The hardware is already in their pocket.
Free apps for iPhone and Android. Whoever is on the door pairs with a code, points the camera, and admits people. Add a second door by handing someone a second phone.
By code, or by being there
Let the phone detect your venue and pair on proximity alone, or type the code from your dashboard. Out of range, it asks for the code instead.
Only counts at your venue
Drop a pin on your venue and pick a radius. A scan from outside it is declined and tells you how far away it happened. Off until you switch it on.
Torch and manual entry
A dim foyer gets the torch. A cracked screen or a flat battery gets the member code typed in by hand, and still counts.
It says why, not just no
Expired, already admitted, wrong door, outside the venue. The reason shows on the phone and lands in your reports.
Everything the door saw, kept.
Who came, and who stopped
Trends by week and by gathering, first-timers, and a list of people you have not seen in three weeks.
Passes that expire
Issue a guest pass at the door that lapses tonight unless you extend it, so your roll stays honest.
Straight to your account
Mobile Money or card, settled directly to you. Offerings, dues or ticket sales, with a receipt for the giver.
Yours to take
Every register, decline and gift exports to CSV. Nothing is locked in.
A screen in the foyer.
Open one link on any screen and it shows the running count with names arriving as people scan. No login, nothing to install, and it keeps itself awake for the whole gathering.
Set up before
the doors open.
Free for up to 75 people. No card required.
