Campuses & identity
One account can run several campuses, each on its own Mac.
Which campus a Mac drives
Each campus has its own join code, so a Mac binds to the room it should run. The account and campus name show under the logo in the sidebar, so anyone knows what this Mac is driving. Add or rename campuses from your Studio account page.
Service Flow
The running order for the whole service, in one column.
Build your service as a flow of cues: scripture passages, song lyrics, backgrounds, lower-thirds, camera shots. Tap a cue to take it live; the next cue sits on deck (gold) while the live one is marked ON AIR (red). Turn on auto-advance to step through verses hands-free, and save a whole service to reuse it next week.
Screens & backgrounds
Motion backgrounds, your own media, and the Presence Screens store.
Built-in backgrounds
Reverent motion looks in a range of palettes. Drag one onto the flow to project just the background.
Your own media
Import images and videos in Media Studio. They save on this Mac, and you can drag any of them straight to the wall.
Presence Screens
Buy background packs in the in-app store. New packs appear without an app update, previewed on your real wall.
Text off
Pull scripture and lyrics off the wall and leave just the background running, in one tap.
Scripture & lyrics
Passages and songs, stepped one line at a time.
Add a scripture passage or a song and Studio breaks it into slides you step through. Multiple Bible translations are bundled offline; add an ESV key in Settings to unlock the ESV. Voice follow can track the reading and advance for you.
Lower-thirds
Name a speaker, a song, a moment.
Four styles (bar, gradient, minimal, and your own image or video), a Take / Clear control, and saved presets that travel with the service. The accent colour can be a custom pick, a worship preset, or auto-matched to the scene on screen.
Cameras
Phones and cameras on the wall, over your own Wi-Fi.
Turn a phone into a wireless camera with the companion link, or bring in a connected camera, and cut it to the wall or an overflow screen. If a camera stalls at connecting, keep the Mac and the phone on the same network.
Lighting
DMX fixtures and Philips Hue, driven from the same desk.
Light Desk
Group fixtures into zones and set colour and dim for a whole zone at once. Bump flashes a fixture or zone to full while you hold it; Blackout and Full take the rig to 0 or 100 and are reversible. Save looks and recall them live, or let the lights follow the atmosphere.
Philips Hue: pair your bridge and give each light a role, follow the stage wash, hold a fixed colour, or mirror a specific DMX fixture.
Screens & output
Drive several screens, each with its own content.
Send different content to each screen: the main wall, a confidence monitor, an overflow room, a lower-third-only feed for your stream. Manage them all in Screens.
Subscription
Trial, billing, and the watermark.
Studio runs on a subscription per your size tier. While unlicensed or on an expired trial, outputs carry a small Presence mark; subscribing clears it. Manage your plan and campuses from your Studio account page on presencepass.com.
Updates
Always on the latest build.
Studio checks for updates automatically and can install them with one click (restarts once to finish). You can also check any time from Presence Studio › Check for Updates, and toggle automatic updates in Settings.
